CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

I was a proud mom today. Alyssa and Daniel sang in the children's choir for the first time. Elijah and I looked like first time parents with our camera and video camera in the audience. They did really well. They performed at both services, 8 and 11 o'clock. They did really well at the first service; they both sang and were very attentive. The second service was not so great. Daniel started getting tired. While the kids were singing Joy to the World he was hitting his sister, laying down with his legs up in the air and jumping around. Elijah and I decided to pick them up before the alter prayer and leave. We had to be at church at 7:30 and we left around noon. I am soo very proud of them both. They did a spectacular job!!! Daniel behaved as long as he could (lol).

The Princess & the Frog

Today was an awesome day. I took my daughter and niece to see The Princess and the Frog. We met up with Jennifer, Jevan, Julie, Christy, Camryn and a couple of Jennifer's neighbors and their girls. It was such an awesome movie. The girls really enjoyed it. I can't wait until the dvd is released.

Santa Pictures

Today we took our Santa pictures. To my surprise, it went really well. I have been coaching my kids for over a week now. I told both Alyssa and Daniel that if they wanted toys for Christmas they must sit on Santa's lap, tell Santa what they want for Christmas and take a picture with Santa. If they cried and did not take a picture, Santa would not bring them toys on Christmas. Well, to my surprise, it worked!!!! Yeah me!!!!

Elijah Daniel turns 3!!!!

My little guy turned 3 on Monday, December 7. We celebrated his birthday with a Thomas the train party on Saturday. He had soo much fun. He woke up the morning of his party and said, "ALL ABOARD, MOMMY! CHOO CHOO"!!!! I can't believe that my sweet baby is 3. Where has the time gone? It seems like it was just yesterday he was born.
