Well, things are much better since my last post. Denim came home last Thursday, and he is improving each day. (For example, last night he lifted his hind leg to urinate). We are still very careful with him around the kids, because he is very protective of his incision. We definitely don't want the kids to accidentally touch that incision. On last Wednesday the kids and I made cards for the school valentines day party. This was quite an event. Next year, I think that I will do them myself and sign their names.
Well, I worked Thursday and Friday, and missed playing in the snow with my kids. I seriously still cannot believe that we had record breaking snow in our area. ( I am going to pause and thank my friend Julie for letting me spend the night at her house on Thursday. Julie lives close to the hospital and she always invites me over if there is inclement weather and I have to work.) Now, I am going to send a shout out to my hubby for taking the kids out in the snow, building a snowman with them and taking lots of photos. Thanks Elijah, You are the best.
Yesterday was Valentines day. We just hung out around the house with the kids and Denim. Well, I think that's it. I can't think of anything else to tell you guys. TTYL
